EMDR Intensives
What if I told you there is a way to get ONE year's worth of trauma therapy in a matter of DAYS?
EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy modality that differs significantly from traditional psychotherapy, which works with your brain’s healing capabilities to rewire negative core beliefs and reduce the emotional impact of stressful experiences.
EMDR Intensives offer an opportunity to receive the benefits of EMDR more quickly compared to meeting weekly for months…even years.
Benefits of EMDR Intensives:
Results in DAYS. Not weeks, or months, or years! This is a highly focused and concentrated therapy without distractions from weekly stressors or developments.
Cost-effective: Over the course of a year, for what you would pay for a weekly therapy session rate, you would pay for an intensive…perhaps less! And more efficient in the long run.
Time-saver: Just 1-3 days out of your entire year. Get back time in your schedule that can be disrupted by scheduling around a weekly therapy session
Intensives are provided via telehealth on a virtual platform and can range from 3- to 6-hour sessions for 1-3 consecutive days, depending on need and goals determined at intake.
*Additional time or days can be added, depending on therapeutic needs and assessment.
